Established Independent Multi-Specialty Practice Seeking a Full-Time IT Analyst to join our team in the Triad of North Carolina!
Our mission at BMC is to provide excellent care through a multi-specialty approach from prevention to intervention of potentially life-threatening health problems. Seeking an IT Analyst for our Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem, Kernersville, Jamestown, North Wilkesboro, and Mt Airy, North Carolina locations.
I. T. Analyst
Job Duties & Responsibilities
This position is to provide and support hardware, operating systems, applications, operations, and delivery mechanisms utilized within Bethany Medical.
Essential Functions:
• Windows Desktop Operating System image management, best practice/hardening, driver, bios control, and servicing.
• Assist in creating and editing group policies and other AD-related support as it relates to end-user computing.
• Will deploy computer hardware to employees and work trouble tickets for all supported applications.
• Prepare, distribute, and deploy critical, security, and otherwise required patches.
• Troubleshoot and support networking issues.
• Vendor engagement to understand timelines and impacts of new hardware platforms.
• Application owner engagement to coordinate testing of standard applications on new releases of Windows based operating systems.
• Provides leadership in device management, including assisting in determining purchase needs as well as creating and maintaining related documentation.
• Collaboratively manage workflows and processes within the Endpoint Architecture team to optimize efficiency while maintaining security standards and service quality.
• Maintains awareness of the latest vendor product solutions and technology trends.
• Use excellent customer service skills to build service-based relationships with IT customers.
• The applicant must be willing to provide support in a 24/7 environment which will include rotating on-call support duties during off hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Work schedules may include some after-hours and weekend assignments based on project demands.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions
• MCSE or other certifications preferred
